Store Policies

Forms of Payment: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express. Debit/Credit Cards are accepted in person only - no phone orders. Knox County sales tax rate of 7.25% is charged on all sales unless you provide a signed certificate of exemption.
Pricing: We employ a "No Haggle Price Policy". All prices are firm. We periodically reduce prices on items that remain unsold.
Loading: Our building is single story with easy access to loading areas. There are no steps. We will assist in getting items to loading areas. Due to insurance requirements the customer is responsible for loading and securing furniture to their vehicle. Some items marked "HEAVY ITEM" must be removed by the customer from the sales floor with no assistance from the sales staff.
Holds: If you call the store we will hold unpaid items for 3 hours to give you travel time to personally view and inspect before you purchase.  Paid in full items must be picked up within 4 days of purchase.
Layaway: Our "Payday Layaway Plan" allows you to pay just 25% down. You then have 14 days to pay your balance and remove items. After 14 days unpaid accounts will forfeit their deposit and items will be returned to the floor.
Returns: We do not accept returns on used items. Please inspect items before you purchase. All items are pre-owned and may contain allergens such as smoke, pet dander, as well as other irritants.
Sanitizing of Furniture: All "soft" furniture items are sanitized using Sterifab spray. We hold a bedding license with the State of Ohio and keep records on all soft goods.
Delivery: The store does not offer delivery. We can suggest a local delivery company or you may rent trucks in Sunbury if desired.
